Unfortunately, when the word Vietnam comes up, the first though in most people's mind is the Vietnam War, and lately, Vietnamese food. With more than four thousands years of history, Vietnam has more to offer than the war and food. As a foreign born, I am proud to be an American and I also take pride on my Vietnamese heritage. i love your page. its soo useful. i luckily found it once and saved the page because its a pretty hard page to find. im opening a restaurant and your page has really good recipes. i changed a little things here but you give me really good base information. when i finish all my recipes for my restaurant, you can count on me giving back and showing you some of the recipes that i came up with. thank you soo much.
